Introducing SKEMA's New Bachelor in AI & Management
Artificial intelligence is already transforming jobs, organizations, and the skills employers are looking for. To meet these rapidly evolving workforce needs, SKEMA Business School is launching a new undergraduate program: the Bachelor in AI & Management, available from September 2026.

A Bachelor's degree designed for the future careers
According to Christophe Germain, artificial intelligence is not replacing jobs—it is transforming them. Today's organizations are looking for professionals who understand AI technologies while also possessing strong business and management skills.
The Bachelor in AI & Management was designed to address this growing demand by educating a new generation of hybrid professionals capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business functions.
The curriculum combines:
- Approximately 60% of coursework in artificial intelligence, data, and digital technologies
- 40% dedicated to management, marketing, strategy, and business administration
- Hands-on projects, real-world business cases, and continuous professional skills development.
Throughout the program, students learn to work with the AI technologies already being adopted across industries—including generative AI, business process automation, Business Intelligence, no-code platforms, Python, and machine learning—while developing the strategic thinking and ethical perspective needed to use these technologies responsibly.
A career-focused program with professional experience starting in Year 2
Developed in close collaboration with industry partners, the Bachelor in AI & Management places professional experience at the heart of the student journey.
Students complete their first internship at the end of Year 1 before continuing their studies through one of two pathways:
- On SKEMA's French campuses: a paid apprenticeship beginning in Year 2.
- On the Dubai campus: a work-study internship beginning in Year 2.
The work-study format—typically three weeks in a company followed by one week on campus—allows students to quickly build practical skills while contributing to real business projects alongside experienced professionals.
Students also benefit from comprehensive career support throughout their search for a host company, including one-on-one coaching, CV and résumé workshops, interview preparation, recruitment events, career fairs, and personalized guidance throughout their work-study experience.
Four specializations designed to meet industry needs
Students choose a specialization that allows them to deepen their expertise in a sector where artificial intelligence is already transforming professional practices.
The inaugural cohort of 80 students will be able to choose from four career-focused specializations.

This specialization prepares students to support the transformation of Human Resources through artificial intelligence. Students explore how AI is reshaping talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR information systems (HRIS), people analytics, learning and development, and employer branding.

No prior experience in computer science or programming is required to join the Bachelor in AI & Management.
The program is designed for high school students who are curious about new technologies, innovation, and the business world, and who want to develop a unique combination of AI and management skills that is increasingly valued by employers.

How to apply to the Bachelor in AI & Management
The Bachelor in AI & Management is accessible through two different admissions pathways:
- Via Parcoursup, the French national higher education admissions platform, for applicants holding (or preparing to obtain) a French Baccalauréat who wish to study on one of SKEMA's French campuses.
- Through SKEMA's dedicated admissions platform, for applicants interested in the Dubai campus and for international students applying from outside the French higher education system.
Applicants should follow the relevant admissions timeline and complete all required application steps, including the motivation interview where applicable.
Tuition fees
For the specializations offered in France (AI & Human Resources, AI & Digital Design, and AI & Luxury), tuition fees are:
- €9,000 for Year 1
- Years 2 and 3 are fully funded through the apprenticeship program
- €100 application fee
For the AI & Business Development specialization on the Dubai campus, tuition fees are €15,000 per year, plus a €100 application fee.
